Juliana Montoya Santa is a lawyer graduated from Universidad de Medellín, with a postgraduated degree in Tax Legislation from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana. She has more than six years of experience, both in public and private sectors, she worked as a lawyer and taxes auditor at Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN), in addition, she worked as a consultant in fiscal affairs in recognized national lawyers firms.

She works as a consultant of private enterprises in topics related to the elaboration of legal concepts and strategies associated with Tax Law, likewise, she provides accompaniment in litigious processes with local and national tax management entities, comprehensive accompaniment in the design of business strategies searching for fiscal optimization, as well as in due diligence processes in enterprises adquisitions.
