Lawyer - Founding Partner

​Founding partner of Giraldo Angel Asociados, is a lawyer graduated from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, with a postgraduated degree in Procedural Law from the same university; Master of Science in Project Management (MSPM), and Master in Business Administration (MBA), both from the University of Miami. She has more than 25 years of experience in the practice of law.

Lawyer graduated from Universidad de Medellín, with a post-graduated degree in tax legislation from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana. She has more than six years of experience, both in public and private sectors, she worked as a lawyer and   auditor at Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN), in addition, she has worked as a consultant in fiscal affairs in recognized national lawyers firms.

Lawyer graduated from EAFIT University, with a post-graduated degree in Corporate Law from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana. She has extensive experience in Commercial, Civil and Real Estate Law, since she has worked as a lawyer in different firms and in the business sector.

Lawyer graduated from Universidad de Antioquia, with a postgraduated degree in Labor and Social Security Law from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana; she is currently, pursuing a master´s degree in Law with emphasis on Labor and Social Security Law. She has worked as a consultant lawyer in different enterprises of the private sector and has extensive experience as a litigant attorney in the legal areas mentioned before.

Lawyer graduated from EAFIT University, with emphasis in Private Law; se completed a Diploma in Real Estate Law at CES University. She has worked in the private sector, and she is currently working as a lawyer in the firm, providing advisory in Corporate, Procedural and Contractual Law.

Ninth semester student of Law at EAFIT University. He currently works as a legal assistant in the firm, providing legal support in the areas of Commercial Law, Labor Law and Social Security.

Senior Accountant

 

Public Accountant graduated from Corporación Universitaria de Ciencia y Desarrollo “Uniciencia”, with an undergraduated degree in Tax Management from Universidad de Antioquia. She has extensive experience in areas such as accounting, taxes and administration; currently, she works as accountant in Concepto Contable S.A.S..

Senior Accountant

 

Public Accountant graduated from Institución Universitaria Politécnico Colombiano Jaime Isaza Cadavid, she has extensive experience in accounting and payroll areas. Currently, she works as accountant in Concepto Contable S.A.S.

 

Professional in Finance and International Relations at the San Martín University Foundation. Currently a student of Public Accounting at the Universidad Autónoma Latinoamericana

Administrative Assistance

 

She has a degree in Administrative Assistance from Universidad Autónoma de las Américas, and a degree in Human Talent Management from CESDE Institution; she has extensive experience in topics such as: payroll and payment of social security contributions of the enterprises. Currently, she works as the Administrative Assitant of the firm.
